Our Fees

You will be required to complete an application form once you have found a property which you would like to rent. There are No application fees. 

Please ask for further details.

  • Day tenancy starts:
  • One months rent payable in advance
  • Security deposit taken in advance (equal to 5 weeks rent)

Other fees

  • Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the bank of England base rate.
  • Payment in the event of replacement for a lost key)
  • Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
