Louise and her staff have been amazing every step of the way. Her communication was fantastic and I felt supported as a first time buyer who had no clue on the process. Thank you! I would absolutely recommend using them.

Bramptons are fantastic agents. I've used them for years for letting and now as an estate agent too and they've been brilliant throughout. Louise was my main point of contact, she's knowledgeable, responsive and always goes the extra mile. I can't recommend them highly enough.

A huge thank you from me to the team at Brampton's. They sold me my house nearly 16 years ago, and have supported me this time as well. Fantastic service from start to finish. The team are professional, supportive and always kept me updated. Selling after so many years felt like a big step, but they have helped at every point. Genuinely grateful to the whole team.

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous. Is the only way I can start this review. From the initial valuation to finding the buyer to overseeing the sale through to completion. What a genuine pleasure to deal with. Honest transparent and a fair minded company. (Very rare find these days) Lovely family business, Louise, Adam and the team did a great job and I would not hesitate to personally recommend them to do business with. Whether that be sales, lettings or purchasing. 5 Star from me Thank You

What can I say about Brampton apart from being nothing short of FANTASTIC. From the very start when Adam came to value my property to Gayle sorting out numerous issues we encountered along the way, none of which were Brampton’s fault ,regardless they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and as stress free as possible. Always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions and very swift to respond to emails. A family run business who are extremely attentive with both the seller and buyers best interest at the heart of what they do. I am so grateful that I used Bramptons to sell my property and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking at moving in future. I would love to say that I will use them next time…… but I don’t intend on moving now we have found our forever home. Thanks Again Bramptons with an extra Thanks going to Gayle who can only be described as one of life’s Angels. From Bonnie and Matt

I would confidently and highly recommend Bramptons estate agents in Newcastle under Lyme. Louise, Adam and team have been exceptional from start to finish in building great relationships, excellent communication and processing the sale of my house smoothly. Bramptons may be a smaller estate agents than some but have proved themselves to be professional and trustworthy. I will use again in the future. Thank you

Great service and very happy our house purchase was with them. Despite a slight miscommunication at the start, we managed to eventually have an offer accepted on a house we loved. Diane, Louise and Adam were very helpful throughout the numerous phone calls and emails we had with them. During a long winded wait beyond anyone's control, I was always kept up to date by Diane and advised what the best courses of action were. Great service, and thanks for everything.

Bramptons have been fantastic from start to finish. I bought my property through them originally and there was no question in my mind of who I wanted to appoint when I made the decision to sell. I have experienced their sales service from both the side of buyer and vendor and would say that it is faultless. Thank you to Louise, Diane and Adam for everything that you have done!

We can’t recommend Bramptons highly enough. They have been our “go to” estate agents for over 10 years. As a family run business they provide a nice relaxed, personal approach combined with a highly professional, efficient service. We have bought, sold and rented using Bramptons and they have always ensured that everything went very smoothly. They kept us updated at each stage of any particular process. We have also used their mortgage services in the past and currently use their accountancy services. A one-stop-shop! A special mention to Louise for her great advice and to Diane who was so helpful (Adam too). Their cheerful, friendly chats were a pleasure to receive and always instilled confidence in the process. Their marketing is very effective and their fees are very competitive. In a word ‘Outstanding’.

Over the years I have used Bramptons to sell 2 houses and have renting a house through them. They have been brilliant every time. Their prices are extremely competitive but their customer service is still great. They’re a family run business and you can tell this by how they always know what’s going on with your property despite who is dealing with it. A massive thank you to Dianne, Louise and Adam for helping my sale go through a second time

We used Bramptons recently to sell a property in Stoke. Not being from the area we had no experience of agents in the area but we're very pleased with our choice. Adam, Louise Diane and all the staff know what they are doing when it comes to selling houses. They did a brilliant job, the property sold within a month of going on the market. Very friendly, experienced staff. We would definitely recommend them.
